Game Preview: Mets @ Braves

The Mets finally snapped their 8 game losing streak on Sunday night against the Yankees thanks mainly to two members of the team: Lugo and Frazier. Lugo made an excellent spot start that probably lands him in the rotation at least one more time through. Frazier provided the offense on a homer and had an amazing double play to end the game. Afterwards the Mets started a long awaited shake up of the roster released Gonzalez and DFAing Lobaton for Dom Smith and Ty Kelly. Now the Mets will head into Atlanta where they hope that 1) they can find their bats and support their pitchers 2) hope for nice weather for the first time down in Atlanta this season.
