Francisco Rodriguez is in police custody according the NY Daily News after an apparent assault on his father-in-law. The story, as it stands right now, is that he got into an argument with his father-in-law was there, there was at least one punch thrown.
What is known is that:
1) Krod's father-in-law has a bump on his head
2) Krod stayed in Citi Field precinct overnight
3) He will be arraigned Thursday, today, morning and the charge is 3rd Degree Assault.
