The Mets and Padres play game two tonight at Citi Field after the Mets took the opener of the series thanks to some strong pitching from Colon and a 4-4 night from Abreu. Before that he had a streak of three games in a row where he allowed 2 ER or less. Last year he made one start against the Padres where he allowed one run and 7 hits over 6 innings of work. The Padres have the following numbers against Zack:
- Alonso 1-2
- Denorfia 2-3, 2B
