This season in particular, it seems like nothing positive the Mets do lands them on the back of the New York Sports pages. However, with them playing the only other New York Team playing Sports right now, they at least guaranteed themselves some attention today. Anyway, the New York Post decided to poke fun at the end of the World, with a a sign being the Mets winning and the New York Daily News did a normal Subway gag on the back cover:
