Some quick hits to go with your Friday morning Chocolate Doughnut:
1) I was at last night's Mets game. My full report of experiences will be posted later today (and I had good amount of notable experiences, or at least enough to exploit for a full blog article).
2) Last night's game was loooooong. I have never fallen asleep during a game before, but I came close to it during the 8th inning before the Nationals started to score runs.
3) How about that offense last night? The heart of the order went 7-14 and Ike Davis as the cleanup hitter had a huge night as he went 3-5 and really hit every ball hard out there.
4) Wright was the David Wright of old last night.
5) Maine was well, I have no idea.
