1) The Mets turned a triple play last night.
2) Pagan hit an inside the park homer last night.
3) The Mets still lost last night.
4) Things are starting to get frustrating because one day the Mets will do everything right in one category and then in the next day they will get everything right someplace else, but fail in the previous category. Something has to give eventually.
5) I, Elliot Teichman, will finally be seeing live baseball this season tonight. This is the latest in a season (for a while) that I'm making a trek down to a ballpark, and tonight I will be seeing our interesting Mets play the surprising Nationals.
