Here are the Mets notes about the MINK on the yanks. Well we all know that he was part of the mets in 2005 and he was the spot light of different types of focus. There was the spotlight on the 2004 world series ball in the begining of the season, his lack of production in the middle of the season and the amazing short stint that Mike Jacobs did in his place towards the end of the season. So the question then becomes why is this mediocre player, who was signed after the Mets missed Delgado before the 2005 series have such an impact on our minds and souls?…Well I dont know the answer, I do know that the nickname, The MINK is actually well known and is focused in books like “Believeniks” which was a book about the 2005 Mets season.

And last year when he was on the Royals, that was just funny

The news about the Phillies is about a week old, I just forgot to post it. I heard on ESPN, that they decided to bring a nutritionist to camp to help the players with their eating

Good thing the MINK isnt there, he has to have a cheeseburger before the game, its his superstition.
